As a student your fellowship is tax-exempt. The student privileges (medical insurance, discount,…) are the same for all students in France (under 28 years old) regardless the fellowships they have, except the social financial assistance (since your fellowship is higher than the national minimum wage, you won’t be entitled to any financial assistance).

2. 关于第二份奖学金的老师原话：
This is a CDD. But you will also have the student status, and associated privileges and discounts (special price for transportation, apartment grant…). With the CDD comes medical insurance, pension (once you retire…), unemployment benefit (hope you will not need it). It is a full contract (contrat à durée déterminée). The salary is directly paid by a fund of the research project Exoticus in the “pole de compétitivité” www.revefrance.com
