买火车票的问题……

1）我在scnf的网站上定火车票，我想查询avignon - arles的车次，但是我发现一个车次居然有两个价格，而且级别都是Tarif Normal的。
PLK,L"@ TA,R'| 就像这个图上一样，11.2欧的也是Tarif Normal，12.8欧的也是Tarif Normal。因为有一位乘客的年龄是12-25岁，这个的意思是说

2） Tarif Normal看字面意思应该是正常票价吧。可是为什么下面这个页面里LOISIR和PRO 2NDE级别的都是Tarif Normal呢？

3）最后一个问题就是买这种Tarif Normal的票，是不是可以不用提前预定，到了车站再买也不会更贵呢？

You don't need the cart of youth. because for the youth under 25, there is a discount, even if you have no cart of youth. So that is tarif normal, but under the condition.
