我房子现在短租，一个月150 什么都包了，D线，但是长租的话可能要交150中介费，不是给我，是这房子中介

570€ + 105€ de charges incluant l'eau et lechauffage.

我在part dieu,离D线的garibaldi不到5分钟,到part dieu也就5分钟,在Vivier merle上,从8月中开始到8月底短租,stuido,有浴室厨房，大概20平米。150欧，可电话联系0628946934
