有些办公室的电话是不能或者限制拨打特殊号码的。你买了卡的话，你可以去临近的公用电话打啊，回拨不是很方便的吗？或者用nonoh打，打几十分钟去中国是免费的。

如果你用的是中国卡，上面有几个号码可以用，我手边没有中国卡，不知道你用的这个号码是那种。
